Orders received before 12pm on a working day will dispatched the same day. Orders received after 12pm, on a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

All orders are sent in unmarked, discreet packaging with no markings identifying the contents.

Signatures / safe place recording are required for proof of delivery.

Approximate delivery times are as follows:

UK  Standard Delivery: 2-3 Working Days  |  Next Day Guaranteed Delivery: 1 Working Day

Europe Standard Delivery: 4-7 Working Days  

USA and Rest of World  Standard Delivery: 7-10 Working Days  

Customs Charges:  Whilst we do our utmost to avoid customs charges for our international customers, please note that your country is entitled to open your package to check its contents and impose duty and tax charges which you will be responsible for.

Returns Policy: Hair Extensions

Please check the colour match before removing from the packaging. If the shade is not suitable, please return the unopened package for an exchange or a refund. We are unable to accept returns of Hair Extensions once they have been detached from the packaging. 

 

Returns Policy: Wigs and Hair Pieces

You can return unworn products within 14 days of the date your item was delivered.
Returned items must be unworn and unused, tags attached, in their original condition with the packaging intact.
We are unable to refund or credit any wigs or hair pieces that have been worn. This is industry standard for hygiene reasons. Wigs, hair extensions and hair pieces are non returnable due to the nature of their use if they have been worn, tried on, brushed, combed, cut, altered or damaged.
Lace front wigs cannot be returned if the lace has been cut, damaged or altered.
Refunds are in the form of store credit or card / Paypal or exchange.
