Dispatch Policy Shipping.

We ship orders each week day via Royal Mail, DHL or Courier 

Standard Shipping is £3.99 in the UK.

Shipping in the UK is via Royal Mail Tracked 48 

Order cut off time for Guaranteed Next day delivery in the UK is 12.00Hrs GMT using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Other available postal or courier options are calculable at check out.

International Airsure or International Signed for rates are calculated dependent on your region - we ship worldwide.

Airsure Delivery is approximately 5 -7 working days, some countries do not offer this service. If this is the case then International Signed for is used- taking approximately 10 working days.

DHL Express shipping is available only to the USA and Canada and generally takes 2-4 working days.

 

Shipping.

 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Liquid items cannot be shipped outside of the UK.

 

Weekend orders placed are shipped on Mondays.

 

Tracking information is available via your 'My Account' page.

 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Some items / zones will have flat rate shipping costs. Promotional periods may also have free or discounted shipping.

Stock

While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally dispatched within 12 - 24 hours of placing the order. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 3 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.

Prices and Tax.

The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the checkout once you have entered the country and method of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order.

The price you pay will include VAT for all deliveries within the European Union. Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.

Payment.

Payments are accepted securely online via credit card processing using Paypal Payments Pro, Paypal or via Bank Transfer. Please contact us for bank transfer details. You may order by telephone +44 1844 281133 

Please note that if your shipping address is different from your credit card billing address, we reserve the right to make further enquiries to verify that the transaction is authorised by the card holder. This may take up to 72 hours.

Cancellation

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have a right to cancel the contract, return the goods and receive either a full refund of your monies, store credit or replacement goods.

Colours

The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors. We take every care to photograph images in conditions as close to natural daylight as is possible.

Confidentiality

All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this website.

Jurisdiction

The contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Consumer Rights

None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

Possible Allergic Reactions

Some of our products are made with synthetic fibre. Although very rare, some people with sensitive scalps (particularly those suffering hair loss and/or eczema) and allergies to man-made fibres such as nylon or plastics could suffer an allergic reaction to the fibre.

Exchanges.

If you are unhappy with a colour or shade of your product you can ask for an alternative by simply contacting us or using the exchange request label in your parcel. Please do not wear or try on styles if you are unsure about the colour. We make every effort to show you as many image views of our products as possible. Different computer screens have varying screen resolutions which may affect the image tones, contrast or quality.

Returns.

We offer a full 30 day return policy on all unworn items.

Please note that wigs, hair extensions, hair pieces and hair accessories by their nature of use are deemed unfit for return if they have been worn. If you are unsure about a style please do remember that hygiene requirements are high due to the intimate nature of wig and hair accessory intended use.

If you receive a wig that is faulty or you do not like the style or colour please contact us.

Wigs must be returned unworn, unused and with tags attached in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Please do not purchase a various array of wigs / hair items simply to 'try on'. Fitting is available at our showroom in Oxfordshire, UK. Call us to book an appointment.

Wigs and hair items that have been tried on, worn, brushed, styled or used are non returnable for hygiene reasons due to the intimate nature of their use. Wigs with odour, cosmetics or perfume traces are also deemed unfit for resale and are non returnable.

You may return most new, unopened, unworn items in a resaleable condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 7 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please use a recorded / signed for returns service when returning your item - we cannot be responsible for lost or missing returned items.

Returns Policy: Hair Extensions

  • We are unable to accept returns of Hair Extensions once they have been detached from the packaging. Please check the colour match before removing from the packaging. If the shade is not suitable, please return the unopened package for an exchange or a refund.

Returns Policy: Wigs and Hair Pieces

  • You can return unworn products within 30 days of your order date. Defective items can be returned at any time.

  • Returned items must be unworn and unused, tags attached, in their original condition with the original packaging.

  • We are unable to refund or credit any wigs or hair pieces that have been worn. This is industry standard and is for hygiene reasons. Wigs, hair extensions and hair pieces are non returnable due to the nature of their use if they have been worn, tried on, brushed, combed, cut, altered or damaged by the user.

  • Refunds are in the form of store credit, credit card or paypal refund or exchange. We do not issue cash refunds. Shipping and handling charges paid on your original shipment are not refundable (unless your item is damaged, faulty)
