HOW DOES KLARNA WORK?

HOW DO I PAY IN 3 INTEREST-FREE INSTALMENTS?

The 3 interest free instalments option will split your purchase into 3 equal payments that will be taken every 30 days starting at the time of your order using the debit credit card you use at the time of checkout.

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED IF I USE KLARNA?

As soon as your order is approved and we get notification we'll ship, there are no more delays to our standard shipping methods when you use Klarna.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH KLARNA?

Orders purchased with Klarna are the same as our standard returns process. Your order balance will be updated once the return has been processed and any remaining payments are automatically adjusted from the last instalment. WHAT IF I CAN’T PAY A KLARNA INSTALMENT WHEN IT'S DUE?

Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your payment for your Slice It Pay Later In 3 purchase from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. If they are unable to collect your payment on the scheduled due date Klarna will make one further attempt to automatically collect payment two days later. Should this last payment attempt fail, Klarna will issue you a statement for the full outstanding order amount which will become payable 15 days later. Klarna will also notify you when a payment is due two days in advance of attempting to collect your payment.

WILL PAY IN 3 INSTALMENTS WITH KLARNA AFFECT MY CREDIT SCORE?

Klarna 3 Instalments will not affect your credit score as there is no credit check needed.
